Hey! I have a game named HTMHell, but he is on an other acount and I would like it to be changed to my main acount. I've mailed support@itch.io but I haven't get any response so  I was asking myself, have I done anything wrong ??

Depending on when you contacted support, they might not have read your mail yet. ( Allow for 4 days or so before you panic. ;) )
