I just purchased a game, but when I tried to install it, I was unable to. Despite the game being in my library and the purchase having gone through via PayPal, the the installation window does not seem to recognize the game in question, with the Install drop-down menu being completely empty. Does anyone know what the issue may be? This is the first time I've encountered this, though I am assuming it's an issue with the desktop app and not the game itself in this case.

I’m not sure what’s causing the issue, but as a temporary workaround, you could try downloading the game from the website?

If that doesn’t work either, there is a chance that the problem is within the game itself, and it would be best to contact the developer.

Thankfully I have been able to download the game's zip file from the website, so there is that. So based on that maybe it is a case of the game itself, thank you.
