That’s a tough question to answer. But I guess the question is, what is your aim? If you want financial success, then you would have to price it depending on what users are willing to pay, which includes seeing how competition prices their game, and see where your game lies etc.
If profit is not really the aim, I would say price the game based on the amount of effort that you put into it. At the end of the day, you can always change the price of an item if you are not sure.
For a game to justify being paid, it needs to at least provide some amount of entertainment, especially if it’s a new type of game. Even if it’s not polished, as long as people have fun, it will all be fine. Although that’s a personal opinion.
