I was looking at the available versions to download the game on itchio and sample.

No, those versions are iterations of uploads. All game versions are the same.

Yeah, on Patreon the version being worked on seems to be 0.4.2, but the itch version is 1.0d? I don't understand.

The sequel, Strive Conquest (https://strive4power.itch.io/strive-conquest) is version 0.4.2. This forum is for the first Strive, which is version 1.0d.

I understand thanks I always played the 64-bit version when I paid attention to these little numbers I thought I was playing a very old version.
