Glad you're enjoying it so far! There are different endings depending on whether you pay the loan or not (there's also a third possibility that's revealed later in the game), and also a few different outcomes related to the main storyline and your decision regarding the items you found. There are also small variations based on some of your decisions during the course of the game. So it's not strictly Ending A, Ending B, and so on, but more like, you could get Outcome A related to the loan + Outcome C related to the storyline + Outcome E related to something else, or you could get B + D+ F, etc. Hope that makes sense!
