I'm unable to enter a game's beta test until I can download the game on Steam. My initial purchase from 2016 used an email I no longer have access to, so I can't get the Steam key for it despite being able to download it on itch.io without issue. I sent a request to support three days ago and still have no response. I understand that support is backed up, but since this is a relatively simple issue and is preventing me from accessing features of the game, I was wondering if there was some way to get it prioritized. If not, I understand, but I would like a time frame for how long I should wait before contacting support again. Thank you.
