Images not displaying - Unverified Cert for img.itch.zone

Hi I can't seem to view any images on Itch in Safari or Chrome, it just shows broken images. When I go to open an broken image in a new tab I get a "Your connection is not private" error. When bypassing this I am redirected to my ISP webpage further blocking me.

I am using a Macbook Pro on Catalina 10.15.5 and Google Chrome Version 83.0.4103.116. ISP is Vodafone (Italy). I checked on my partners ISP of Congstar (Germany) and all images load ok.

Full error message:

"Your connection is not private

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from img.itch.zone (for example, passwords, messages or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID"
