I uploaded the following image as a screenshot for my product page: When itch.io generate a thumbnail out of it, the thumbnail was actually bigger in size than the actual image.

My images were compressed through websites similar to https://tinyjpg.com/ or https://compresspng.com/

I think you can cute a lot of bandwidth expenses thanks to this.
