I have bought bundle for racial justice as a gift. I was not registered on itch.io before I was buying, I just gave my mail id. But when I clicked the link in my mail, it says that page is empty. I didn't send that gift to anyone, I have contacted support but still there is no reply. Will it take more days??
I followed up with their support ticket, but for anyone who may be having a similar issue:
They bought the bundle as a gift, then send the gift to themselves. (Note: we recommend using the “keep this for myself” link on the bottom of the gift page instead of sending it to yourself)
Once the gift was sent, the old URL becomes inactive, and in order to access the purchase you will need to use the new URL that is provided in the gift email.
