I bought a product on itch.io only to find out the developer is no longer publishing updates for it on itch so requested a refund to support@itch.io over a week ago and have yet to have a response, what's the usual response times on these?
It depends a lot, but due to the huge bundle that recently ended and all the difficulties it caused, support may still be backed up. I've let an admin know.
