Hi!    I sell physical items through itch and the past few weeks I've had a handful of returns because the second address line is messed up.  The "Address 2" line usually shows up as a duplicate of the Address 1 line in the Responded>View category from my viewpoint.  Multiple purchasers have had packages returned or delayed because they'd put their apartment number in the Address 2 line and it was replaced with Address 1.

I've been trying to get more info out of the customers and at least two of them confirmed that they'd manually entered the address information and didn't just do an autofill.  

It's gotten bad enough that I've started doublechecking addresses with overseas purchasers because I don't want to have to pay expensive shipping twice.
