Been trying to install the app and it just doesn't load anything right after the "Warming up" notice comes up.

exact same thing happened to me to :') tried twice & have already downloaded the app with no issue on another pc

Is this problem still going? Well for me it just has error and stops downloading due to servers being overwhelmed. Try again during off hours. 

Tried those different times of the day, if it really is a server issue, I wish they'd address it in a public post just to let users know. Trying to re-download and reinstall like this makes me unsure if it's a problem on my side.

Finally worked for me after I got a Windows pop-up to allow the program or not

Well, I got it to work, I installed it at night time, don't know how much that made a difference *shrugs*
