Sounds and Images in the Twine Game don't play

Hi!

I'm trying to publish my Twine Game and I follow some tutorials and I think I did everything right, but when upload the zip file with the game index.html file along audio and image files it doesn't work.

It keeps saying this message

There was a problem loading your project:

Failed to find index.html

Please try deleting the ZIP file and uploading another one.

As I said,  I've uploaded all my sound tracks and images with the game index.html zip file to Itch, for the game to be able to 'see' and play them, but it won't. It works when I only upload the index.html file without zip, but when try to send the zip file with audio and images it doesn't work. Besides, it works perfectly when I launch the file on my PC . Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?  Please.

Can you show me a list of files and directories in the ZIP archive you tried to upload?

Sure! Just tell me exactly what I need to do, what link I need to send here?

(it's my first time uploading, so I'm not sure how it works).

A screenshot from your file manager would be best, probably, if it's not too sensitive. I don't have access to the server backend, so I can't look at the archive you're uploading.

Ok! Here it is! See if it serves.

Thanks!
