No idea if this is a stupid question or not as I am a bit of a PC gaming noob but how well would a Surface Pro 7 handle most of the games available here? I know it’s not a gaming laptop and these games will have a wide range of system requirements but any help would be great. Thanks.

The best thing to do is ask each creator about their games. Better yet, simply try out those games that have a demo, and let creators know about the compatibility. As for those paid games that don't have a free demo, pester creators to offer one. It's important for exactly this kind of reason.
