I try to browse all adult games, I select the adult tag, but only get a page of results. Really popular, known stuff like Cloud Meadow and such, don't show up.

The adult tag isn't even featured. How did you get there? Regardless, by going manually to this address I find 940 results and can click through to the next pages just fine. Maybe there's a problem with your browser, or site settings. Do you have the option enabled to see such content?
