And if possible, can itch.io compensate me with a feature place for the exposures and traffics I lost due to the bug.

It's not a bug. As explained in the Search & Browse FAQ, that you were prompted to read twice before being allowed to post in this category, games with no downloads aren't included in search results. Itch is working as intended, and you weren't promised exposure or traffic anyway. Also, featured games are picked based on other criteria. Hope this helps.
