List doesn't keep numbering if there's a Note in the middle

Expected the last item to be "5."

Hello! I'm not certain if it is actually a bug, exactly. It's kind of like interrupting a list with an image - should the list "pick up" after the image, or simply assume that the list is over because it was interrupted? I have to do some more thinking on this.

Well the note is indented so I think if you ended the list at that indent level but kept the others going that would be the best way to go about it.
