We've built a VR meditation app for Oculus Quest, that we think can help with folks' stress during this time.   We'd Like to release it with itch.io.

But, we have written 2 mails to support@itch.io asking if we could increase the upload limit to 2 GB. No response at all.

We would like to  upload a build, and begin sales, but its 1.8 gb  and we need permission to do that.  Would that be possible?

Try using Butler first, since it doubles the limit right away. If that doesn't work out for you, I'll let an admin know. Support tickets get misplaced sometimes.
