As i try to download a game from the App and the website they are slow that they end up in error going back to re-download and with the app when it try to download it takes a lot. Its less than 50KB per second when anything its downloading from the website and the app, when i download anything else in other website it goes normal, i think it must be the servers x.x Im from Venezuela though
Sorry you’re having trouble. Downloads are served our of our CDN so we don’t have much control there. Sometimes they have limited availability but return later, you may want to try again at a later time. Do you notice that images on the site are loading slow as well? We serve all images from the same servers as game files.
Lastly, you can try using our “alternate download” mode option. This is available when downloading a game through your browser from the download page.
