How to Fix " Server not Responding try again later ", while submitting Game in Game jams

Hey, (On itch.io) In My Account [name - ATG STUDIO] I tried to submit game jams but the webpage always says "Server not Responding try again later " Please Fix it;Is anyone Reported me ???
Or whats my fault , Why I am Not able to submit my Game to Game Jams
