I'm trying to purchase "ProUI" but by card is keep declined. I've used the same card for other payment websites, it;s working fine without any problem.
Sorry you’re having an issue. If there’s a PayPal option for that project you can try that, PayPal lets you pay with a card as well, without having to use a PayPal account. Hope that helps
If your card is still being declined, you may have to contact your bank to see why it was denied.
