How do I unlock the fire dungeon?

[(Ryon is the colorful bird right?🏳️‍🌈)And if ryon isn't the colorful bird then where is ryon😅, it's been a while since I played because of school. And I inevitably forgot who is who huhu😅]Because all his dialogue when I talk to him near the sex dungeon (in pine island) is "it's scary out here" or something along the lines of that, I am so confused😮‍💨 pls help 🥰✨
