Quick question though, the rules state that we're only allowed to use mouse controls (Left, Right, center button and wheel up/down)... are there any limits to touch controls on iOS and Android? Should I limit touch controls to single tap (double tap, maybe?) and finger touch swipes - in other words, no multi-touch?

You can do any kind of tap, single, double, triple or whatever always that fits with the rest of the rules.
