We will take care of any bugs or issues that you encounter. This is the place to bring these to our attention.

After you complete the quest to get the herb from the woods, if you enter that area again, I think you get stuck and unable to leave.

Thank you for the information! We'll fix this issue in today's update :)

Edit: It's been fixed! :)

First time entering the mansion and I gut stuck at the bathroom sink

Hi, thanks for the feedback! Interesting issue, it only occurred on one map and was caused by a bonus secret event. Maybe you know which one ;)

We've fixed this bug in the recent update.

So I replayed the game in the newest update, I got stuck with Veronica's first quest?  It didn't occur in my first playthrough.

Just a couple more small bugs I noticed:

1.  After you meet Candice, if you exit Velvet Garter without picking up the elixir, the game notifies you  that candice is in there waiting, just once.

2. Inside Velvet Garter's rooms, you can walk off the map from the bottom and to the other corridor. Won't trigger any events thou.

Hi there! Thank you for letting us know. We've just fixed the issue of getting blocked during Veronica's quest, so it should be working now:) We'll take a look at the Velvet Garter part as well.

Edit: All fixed

Which version of RPGMaker does this use?

Developer

Hi, we are using RPG Maker MV for this game. It's mostly visual novel type storytelling game though:)

Thanks. I'm not sure I'll be able to run it; MV doesn't work well in Wine on Linux, and my Windows computer's a bit slow and MV uses a lot of resources, in my experience. If you release a demo I can try, though, please let me know!

Developer

You could try this tech demo to see if RPG Maker MV can be ported to Linux http://www.mediafire.com/file/0f2i0z4axube3xp/Mage_tech_demo.zip/file

If it works and you are interested in our game we will make a full Linux version of our game:)

Thanks! I'll check it out when I get a chance.

I'm not sure what all is supposed to be functional in the demo. It does run (you just have to check "Allow executing file as program" in the permissions), controls work, save & load seem to work, but I can walk over all the map tiles (water, buildings, etc.) and nothing is interactable.

It was a really basic technical demo to see if the game would run on your machine. We have released a Linux version for Coming of Mage, the initial requirement to run it on Linux is giving it permission to execute ;)

I'm not sure what's different with the full game, but I finally got a chance to try it and it crashes after clicking New Game on the main menu. Sorry for the trouble...

That's odd. Could you email us at aedianglair@gmail.com so that we can identify your account?
