Run Dude - platformer with blood particles.

Hey @bloodpirat!
I tried your game for about 5 levels (I'll try again later, don't worry ;) ) and it's really hard... :)
The art style is really polished and the blood particles were made excellent, the sound effects are good too.

The only thing you may want to change is the controls, the controls are fine except jumping and running the same time, the character doesn't jump half the time...

Overall, you have done a really good job!
Have a nice day! :D

Hi @Gelgavish!
Thank you! :3
I think, the control problem is actually only for the HTML version, because it uses blood particles. . Unfortunately, I can’t fix it = (

I love the idea that the blood stays there and the dead character can still be rip apart from the various objects!

One small thing: I started with the volume set to zero but when I reached level 4 or 5 the game was emitting sounds

it very closely resembled super meatboy to me which isn't a bad thing, because i love SMB. although the fact that sometimes jump wouldn't work when i was at the very edge of a platform and that characters sticking to the wall felt inconsistent for some reason threw me off balance and made experience frustrating after a few dozen tries on level 5.   i would enjoy it with tighter controls.  good visuals and animation. sounds also felt satisfying.

like that sound effects there are really high quality! the gameplay feels overall great!
