Selling a game before completing tax interview

Hello, I am new to itch.io and I have a question about payments and taxes and I couldn't find this topic. I still have to do the interview (going to take care of that soon), but what happens if I manage to successfully sell a game before I finish the interview? Will the money just sit with itch.io until I finish the interview or... what?

The tax interview is only required if you want to collect a payout from itch.io. If you sell something before completing it then the money will sit on your account. If you never complete it itch.io may reclaim those funds after an extended period of time by charging a service fee. https://itch.io/docs/legal/terms#10-unclaimed-earnings-in-publisher-accounts

Oh, I see now! Thanks for the clarification!
