I sent a support request 7 days ago (#379548) but still not getting any response

This ticket is about one of my assetpack not getting indexed for over a year now ( most of the traffic come outside of itch and people that saved to their collection)

My questions:

• Did my account got flagged or something cause i don't know where to check that?
• There's a code at the end of the automated confirm mail. May i know what it is for?
• Can admin look at my support request sooner please, i believe i have waited for a reasonable time by now
