I posted my second project on itchio 2 weeks ago(link here), and it still hasnt been indexed. I also havent gotten a reply from email support yet (ticket number 378591). I had this exact same problem before with my first project and it only got fixed after I made a post here. Its seems like this isnt an automatic process, and that devs actually have to come here to let the admins know about their projects. I hope to get any response anyways.

No, it’s not an automated process. Someone from the itch.io staff has to look at your game page. That’s the whole point. The documentation explains that 1) it can take time and 2) how you can help speed up the process.
