I have tried both Firefox and Chrome on two different machines and I can fill the Tax Interview Form but when I click the "Submit W-9" button nothing happens. Does the form just send without notifying us or is something suppose to happen?

This type of issue is commonly associated with not addressing an error message on a previous screen during the tax interview process. Please either go back and ensure that all sections have been completely filled out, or restart the process and carefully check each screen as you complete it.

I figured it out. I didn't read the instructions close enough and selected the boxes on the last page that I felt only applied to me when I had to check them all just to notify that I read it.
