Indie Games You Missed - November 2019

Another month, another round of interesting indie games that have mostly flown under the radar. For the uninitiated, I host a show called Indie Games You Missed, which as you probably guessed, is all about cheeses released the previous month. Wensleydale, camembert, mozzarella, it doesn’t matter, if it’s good or at least attention grabbing, I’ll featuring it on the show. Just replace “cheese” with “indie games.” Bet I fooled you there!

Here are all the games  and demos on this week’s show form here on Itch.io:

I’m sometimes asked what I do about games I personally don’t like. I firmly believe that just because I don’t like a game doesn’t mean it’s bad. I’ve been doing this show for seven months now, and I’ve encountered plenty of games I don’t like that I ended up featuring anyway. I’ll say my peace on them, but generally recommend them anyway to certain types of people.

I bring this up because November was a record month for just such games. There were a lot this month that I didn’t enjoy, but I’m sure others will. To be honest, almost every single game in this month’s show is one I wasn’t a huge fan of. That’s just how it goes sometimes. Not all games (at least not the good ones) are made for everyone, and even if you love indies like me, you’re eventually going to run into some you don’t like. I hope you don’t judge me too harshly for that.

As always, thanks for watching, and I hope to see you against next month.
