After clicking the '?' help menu, I don't know how to leave the help screen, the go back, switches between Help and Extras
Thanks for reporting this. It has already been fixed in the development version!
When you interact with an NPC and ask them a question, it doesn't let you exit or even adjust what's displayed on that screen.
