I briefly considered adding the option to disable some of the more questionable things, but I figured that the whole game is quite questionable and can't really avoid urine since it's integral to how the cure poison spell works. So, if I can't avoid urine, I figured that vomit is less questionable so never considered it. I can easily add an option to disable the vomit sound and visual, but the description will still be there. Would this be satisfactory?
