Someone bought one of my products (through Stripe, collected by Itch) and then later asked for a refund. I emailed the support address, and they processed the refund; it now shows as refunded on my side. However, 30 days later this person is still saying that they never got the money back. They even called their credit card company to check. We followed up with Itch support but they say it looks like it went through.
It was a relatively small amount of money, so I eventually just sent it to them out-of-pocket. Has anyone else had a similar experience? It seems like it must be either hung up in Stripe's system somehow, stuck with the CC company, or the customer is lying/confused (which seems unlikely at this point). Any ideas?
