Refund request issue

Hello dear Itch support team, I am so sorry to bug you, but I am new to refund requests, and I need some assistance. I sent a request for a refund about a week ago and I desperately need a response. I had bought some tile sets specifically Winlu Cyberpunk Tileset - Interior, Winlu - Destroyed Interior, Winlu Fantasy Tileset - Interior, Winlu Fantasy Tileset - Exterior. For about 70-80 dollars and they don't work for me or simply won't download. With how much money I spent I really need it back and I have contacted the devolper who said to contact Itch Support. I really am sorry if I am just being impatient but once again this process is new to me.

Hi sorry to bug but I've been waiting for any response for my refund request (334817), and I've still not even gotten in a response after two weeks. Is there anything I could do to speed up the process? I have contacted the developer who's willing to give me a refund but said I had to contact Itch support.

Sure, I've let our admins know about your ticket. Actually, developers can also contact support to issue a refund, but it goes to the same place.
