I'm currently using the "collected by itch.io" payout method. I have waited the 7 days for funds to become available for payout, but once I initiate a payout it says that it's under review and that it could take anywhere from 7-12 days to actually process. I know that the initial 7 days is for fraud protection, but what about the wait afterwards? Is it because i'm a "first time seller"?

Hello. We don't make any guarantees about specific dates for when payouts are sent since they are manually reviewed. Things like total payout volume across the site or transactions that need additional review could result in a delay in payout. We can't offer payout-specific support on our community message board.
