My game is public but still not indexed after more than 1 week (13k views, 331 downloads)

Hi,
I need some help regarding my game’s indexing status on itch.io.

My game has been public for more than 1 week, but it is still not indexed in Search & Browse. I also contacted support, but I haven’t received a reply yet.

Here are all the details:

  • Status: Public

  • NSFW: Yes

  • Cover image: Added

  • Files: Windows .exe uploaded

  • Price: Name Your Own Price (free by default)

  • Page views: 13,000+

  • Downloads: 331

  • Followers: 195

  • Payments: 1

  • Exact title search: Still does not show up

  • No access restrictions: “Public” and not “Unlisted”

I also had to delete and re-upload the game twice right after publishing because players found some bugs. I’m wondering if this might have caused the page to be re-queued for review or temporarily flagged.

My question is:

Is this a normal delay for indexing, or could my page be stuck in review/quarantine?
Is there anything else I should do or check?

Here is the link for reference:

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.

Ohhh, yes I had read this before, but I completely missed the detail about it needing to be fully free.
Thanks for the help.
