My game not visible, indexed EVEN after 3.5 YEARS

Hi,
I recently finished developing my new game (https://demirdeniz1.itch.io/sinister-studying), but I noticed that it hasn’t been indexed even after 4 days. At first, I thought that was completely normal — until I realized that my older game (https://demirdeniz1.itch.io/the-light-dungeon-hard), which I published 3.5 years ago, is also not visible, indexed. (I tried to contact with the support with several e-mails but got no answer after 72 hours.)

Does this mean I just have to keep waiting, or is there something wrong with my account or settings?

Yes, actually, it is completely normal for a game to be in the review queue for a few days, as explained in the Search&Browse FAQ. The Light Dungeon might have been placed back in the queue after the latest changes; I'll speed things up for you. No, there's probably nothing wrong, as explained in the unofficial FAQ. And itch.io support doesn't work on weekends; if it takes much longer than that, you can post your ticket ID here like the rules of this category say.

Thanks for the respond, so when small changes are being made it just goes back to the indexing point again ? I tried this with an old sample game but it seemed to be visible. (The game was actually a jam submission it was not visible in the first place too, i abondened the game for 3.5 years. Changed a few things several days ago to share it with someone.)

No, when certain changes are made. I don't know what kind exactly; it's secret, and probably not so simple.
