Well we have

New District: Harbor
Characters that will receive new content:
- Anna
- Dr. Frost
- Emma
- Astrid

From the forum post also Kal posted a suspected annA tease on X

But it is unclear if this will really be implemented into the game or not.

The only real development update that was provided recently was that Kal was actively working on an update patch for the original ROUNDSCAPE ADOREVIA. ~~But this was just released on Steam today~~

EDIT - Scrap that I cannot read years correctly it seems .....

Yeah I got no idea....

and not sure if work now begins on Starmaker 1.8?

OOF also word of caution do not read the ROUNDSCAPE steam forums 😕 I thought Starmaker fans were arsey...

Maybe it can be updated two or three times for the rest of this year?I thought the 1.7 version would not be updated before.

The X post was more of a joke thing. As for teasers, none yet, but yes, is being worked on.
