There are some wet / liquid-style sound effects in a few of the 18+ scenes. R8 now, the game doesn’t support turning off just those specific sounds — the options are:

• Sound: controls all sound effects and voices (including those wet SFX).

• Music: has its own separate volume slider.

So if u set Sound volume to 0, it will mute everything except the background music. Unfortunately there isn’t a way yet to only disable certain types of sounds. :p
