If an admin reviews your page and sees it has explicit content on it then they can manually tag it in a way to ensure that it’s always marked that way regardless of how you, the developer, mark the page. This is to prevent developers from leaking their adult content into the SFW section by accident (or on purpose).

It’s nothing to be concerned about unless you think the flag has been applied incorrectly.
