Hello everyone, DignoR1 here! I'm a software engineer and 2D game developer. Because I have some free time, I'm looking for projects to further my portfolio. Here is the list of my fields of expertise: Coding software and toolchains: These include, but not limited to, engines, editors, OSs, testing, and low-level optimizations. Coding games: I can code any 2D or 2.5D games that do not require internet connection nor require micro-transaction/external software interactivity. Software Design: If you have an idea for a game/software, I can help you turn it into an actual product. Project Management: I can help to coordinate other members and handle relationships/interaction between subgroups. Italian Localization: I can do English to Italian (and vice versa) localization. Conworlds: I can help with making your fantasy world. These includes, but not limited to, constructed languages, cultures, world building, and characters. Writing: If you need a story teller or writer, hit me up. If any of these skills interests you, let me know! I would like to join your projects. I also don't mind if the game has NSFW elements. While I would prefer to be paid (doesn't matter if it is commission-based, flat rate, rev share, or others), for short-term projects (or for jams), if they seem promising I don't mind to work for free. While I'm currently working for various games, I have plenty of time to work on yours as well ;)

Hi DignoR1,

I am interested in your post here. Specifically your coding skills and engine skills (Unity).

We are in early development. Starting on basic MVP. Game genre is a Hardcore TBS/RTS online multiplayer, light fantasy medieval time period vibe. All programming can be done offline, no network code needed at this time.

Interesting. Would the language of your SF engine be similar to C or C#?

I suppose since we are in the rapid prototyping/iteration phase, it probably doesnt matter so much what engine we use, rather just testing proof of concept of mechanics right now
