I sent an email to support@itch.io about two weeks ago, and I have not received a response. Upon reviewing the help page again, I noticed that it states that submitting a support email will prompt a receipt to be automatically sent to me with a Ticket ID that both affirms my ticket was received and that I can use to reference with itch.io support.
My issue is I never received this Ticket ID and even responding to my initial email did not prompt a Ticket ID to be sent to me. All of my tickets were sent from the verified email associated with my account.
Has this happened to anyone else? What can I do about this? My ticket regards a rather pressing issue and to be honest this is a little frustrating.
