There are no rules to this simulator because it's just a simulator, you can jump from hovercraft to hovercraft and just fly around the city, spawn a taxi if you get stuck somewhere. It's really just an environment to hover around in there is no purpose to this game. The controller guide is also available.

I built this game just to hang out in. There's no multiplayer yet but when that happens there should be character and car configuration. This game is just a futuristic city environment with 30 hover cars and it took 5 years to make. The back story I guess is that the player was called in by a vallet car garage boss who just had surgery on his cyberpunk eye implants and can't see very well so he can't park the hovercars for his clients so he asked you to come in and help park them for him but you can just take any car you want and go joyriding around the city. It's basically GTA / Parkour but for hovercars. The game would have been better but everyone I hired didn't actually do anything so it's just me programming it. The game is actually worth $10,000 with all the time and some paid assets that never went in. But it's free so enjoy.
