Over one month ago (August 18), both my games were deindexed from the site. I quickly emailed support, but I still have yet to receive any response outside a confirmation ticket, and my games remain unsearchable.
I have looked over the new TOS and found that neither of my games break any rules, as they do not contain sexual or adult content. I have also looked into the unofficial FAQ, which is why I've decided to make this post after a month of waiting and promoting on social media.
