My games, "The Art of Agility" and "My farm: clicker," have been indexing for a month now. The itch.io support team isn't responding to my emails. I understand this is a common issue that takes time. I've also read the official and unofficial FAQs on indexing. But after reading about similar problems on this forum, I decided to post here as well.

I also have a question: what will happen with the games I publish in the future? Will they also take this long to index, or will the process be faster?

Yes, as explained in the FAQ, new sellers are more likely to have their games placed in the moderation queue. Please follow the advice given there to help speed things up for future projects, and the rules of this category tell you what to do if support takes too long to respond.
