Thank you for reporting the bug regarding card “40184” (Extreme Measures).

The game crashes because a player side scheme is considered a player card, but in the current version, the controller of that player side scheme is the scenario (since it is in the side scheme area) rather than the player.

We are uncertain if this process is correct. If you can find any FAQ that states the controller of the player side scheme is the player rather than the scenario, we will address it accordingly. Otherwise, we will update the code to prevent this crash message from appearing.
