If this situation occurred when you first accessed version 0.2.1 after playing 0.1.0, it appears to be one of the assumed crashes. I'm sorry, but as previously announced, you will need to clear your browser's local storage to reset it.
If it occurred during the transition from 0.2.0 to 0.2.1, I did not anticipate it. This is because no changes were made to the fields in 0.2.1. Please clear your browser's local storage.
Guess I’m softlocked. I sold, lost or consumed (I don’t remember) the white liquor I got at the begining and now it seems Liam doesn’t sell it and I don’t seem to find any chests anymore (have gone 100+ tiles in one direction and back twice). Cannot advance on Owen quest without it… Maybe I missed something? edit: I have the shadow dress, and I think it was since then that I didn’t get any chest nor bright fruit, might be linked…
encountered soft lock when starting from the middle. The game won’t populate the event to spike Owen’s medicine and will not progress after defeating first boss. Continues to say I must increase relationship+ increase town corruption level. I have increased corruption quite a bit I think but with no town corruption indicator it’s hard to tell. But I get no further options no matter what I try.
The game just stops working if I try to talk to Owen, it offers to send me back to the previous menu but even there nothing works and I have to make the game load the last save.
At this point all I've done is chosen to do the prologue, explored a bit, "died" in town from running out of VIT right before getting to sleep, and given a corruptive fruit to a wanderer
Thanks for the report. I believe the issue you encountered is a crash related to the update. While you can find details in the development policy, I prioritize development speed over backward compatibility. Considering we've only been at TDC for two and a half months and have already reached this stage, I hope you can understand. I apologize, but please clear your browser's local storage and reset the game. As compensation, I've included options to start the game from middle points.
