I can't read the text, unfortunately, because it is as dark as the background. Is there a way to change its color?

Does anyone know where the third jammer is?

I am trying to talk to anyone and it goes to the "hard reset/go back" menu and when I click either of those links it doesn't do anything.  I have to reset it by reloading the page every time. I am currently at Owen's sixth mission but talking with anyone doesn't work.
