I was trying to email Itch.io support because I wanted to refund something I accidentally double-purchased, but the email provided on the support page "doesn't exist" according to my Gmail. What do I do? Am I doing something wrong?
This happened to me last week. When I tried again, the email went through.
My suggestion is to check your receipt. If Itch.io is shown as the seller, wait a day to send the request to Itch.io again.
If the publisher is on the receipt, then send them a message. They might be the one that needs to process the refund, so there’s no point dealing with multiple bounced emails from Itch.io’a Support.
