[UE4] Want to make a Unreal Engine-based game for the Oculus Quest?

I am an experienced artist, modeler, and have done some simple games myself using the Unreal 4 Engine. I'd like build an Oculus Quest VR game. Maybe something like Stormlands, but with super-low polygon bits. So, climbing, gliding, shooting, little levels the player travels between. Each part would be small, easy to accomplish, but strung together they could be impressive.  Alot of procedurally generation on the graphical elements, to make them appear new and interested in every play-through.

I was playing Quake on the Quest the other night and *REALLY* enjoyed it. Chunky and spiky monsters look pretty cool, in their own way. And we'll have access to Unreal's nifty materials at almost no processor cost, so we can make things very shiny and bumpy. What if our world were made of spiky crystal monsters? Even spiky, crystal weapons. Very low polygon with an unearthly theme that will really make you feel like you've traveled to an alien world.
